Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before enrolling in our online course. 

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in the course provided by Splash Tutor.

Enrollment and Eligibility:
a. To enroll in our online course, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date.
c. Student’s enrollment will be removed after 60 days of use.

Course Content:
a. The course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, assessments, and any other materials, is the intellectual property of the Course Provider and protected by copyright laws.
b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of enrollment.
c. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reproduce, or exploit any part of the course content without prior written permission from the Course Provider.

Payment and Pricing:
a. By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the specified course fee as indicated at the time of enrollment.
b. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
c. The Course Provider reserves the right to change the course fees at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect the fees for students who have already enrolled.

Privacy and Data:
a. The Course Provider collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the course, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
b. You agree to keep your login credentials and account information confidential and not share them with any third parties.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Course Provider makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in the course. The course content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
b. The Course Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the course, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

Termination:
a. The Course Provider reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in the course at any time for violations of this Agreement or any other reason deemed appropriate.
b. Upon termination, your access to the course content will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any course fees.

Modifications to the Agreement:
a. The Course Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
By enrolling in our online course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the choice of law and jurisdiction specified above.
